How Pinnacle began

Pinnacle Projects LLC is a family-owned and operated residential construction company based in Columbia, Missouri, working throughout mid-Missouri. Kyle Popa started out flipping homes with family, and he and his wife decided to keep going. He went out on his own in 2016, ran crews while teaching school until 2019, and now leads a team of employees so the quality on the job site stays where it should be.

Open communication and collaboration with our customers, every step of the way, is what sets us apart. We also work to minimize the discomfort of living through a remodel.

The quality of the work and the details have always been our focus. We approach every project as if it were our own home. A great remodeling experience starts with design and planning and finishes with craftsmen using high-quality materials.

From first ideas to a buildable plan.

Get to know each other, design concepts, budget, schedule, and a pre-construction agreement.

Architect meetings

Initial concepts, a schematic reveal, first-round revisions, and drawings ready for pricing, when the project calls for an architect.

Preliminary pricing

Scope review and a cost estimate that gives the design direction. Final plans and any engineering begin.

Permit and final pricing

Final plans submitted for permit and priced out. Construction contract, then construction begins.
