Responsibilities

Manage daily job site operations, workflow, and adherence to project timelines.
Supervise and direct laborers.
Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols on site.
Communicate with the project manager to keep the project on track.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Review and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Keep a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
Proven leadership managing job sites and construction teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on site.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
