Fit

Is this you?

The layout works against you

Cramped counters, bad storage, no room to gather.

It's dated or worn

Cabinets, counters, and lighting past their useful life.

You want it done once, done right

One coordinated plan instead of piecemeal fixes.

What this work looks like

A kitchen remodel is layout first, finishes second. We look at how you cook, store, and gather, then plan work zones, storage, and lighting around that. Scope typically covers cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, and any plumbing or electrical the new layout needs. Where walls or islands move, we plan the structural and mechanical work before selections.

Budget expectations

Kitchen cost depends mostly on whether plumbing and walls move and on the cabinetry you choose. We talk through a realistic range on the first call.

Questions

Questions homeowners ask

Refacing or replacing cabinets?

Depends on the layout you want and the condition of what's there. If the layout changes, replacing usually makes more sense; we'll say which fits.

Can I stay in my home during the remodel?

Usually yes, with a plan for the loss of the kitchen. We talk through temporary setups before demo.

What costs the most?

Layout changes that move plumbing or walls, and cabinetry. Keeping plumbing where it is controls cost the most.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, we pull and manage Columbia permits when the scope requires them.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the scope and selections. We give you a schedule once the plan and scope are set.
